Q: Are there additional fees for Menadena's services?
A: No. We do not charge additional fees to move accounts to Menadena from other partners unless a specific migration is required, which is not the case with Google Workspace.


Q: When will pricing change?
A: Pricing changes only occur in line with increases from the OEM, in this case, Google. These changes are public and come with official notice.


Q: What is the scope of Menadena's services as a Google partner?
A: As a partner, we provide Tier I, II, & III support for Google Workspace and maintain any necessary escalations to Google Engineering via an Enterprise Support Agreement.


Q: What about payment terms and conditions?
A: All invoicing and payment for Google Workspace are directly through Menadena. Payment methods include Credit Card, ACH, or Manual Invoicing with Net30 terms. We can share our MSA for review, and all future purchases will be through this agreement.
